Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Strong administrative/clerical skills (able to work in Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Assist the manager of the Accounting Department (tracking and matching invoices, filing, light AP/AR)
* Excellent organizational and customer service skills - friendly disposition required!
* General office duties as assigned (answering phones, greeting customers, data entry, etc.)

Candidates are required to have at least 2 year of experience in accounting/administration, good computer/clerical skills, and be a team player
