POSITION: Accounting Clerk
LOCATION: Mount Laurel, NJ (Zip 08054)
DURATION: March 2018
START DATE: ASAP
TARGET PAY RATE: $16.50/hr

**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only.**

Main Duties:
- Will be managing purchasing orders and entering into purchase order system (Tririga is current system)
- Role is will spending 80-90% of time entering details into system (data entry)
- Work volumes will fluctuate, some days will be lots going on, others will be a bit slower. Must be able to manage both situations
- Will be creating and sending RFP packages
- Interacting with vendors and all levels within Real Estate

MUST HAVE:

- Purchase Order system experience (Oracle, SAP, Tririga)
- Highly accurate and attention to detail
- Data entry
- Excellent communication
- MS Suites - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Comfortable learning new software

NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience working within the construction space
- Previous accounting experience
- Previous experience within accounts payable/receivable

EDUCATION:
-High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred.
-2-4 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
