Job Resposibilities
Accounts Receivable Function
-post cash receipts to customer's account
-Prepare and make bank deposits
-Call the custom with ast due invoies
-Gather credit information on new customers
-Create new customer accounts in Account Recevibale
Accounts Payable Functions
-review vendor invoices for accuracy and match to purchas4e order or requisition
-Code and enter invoices to vendor account
-Select invoice for payment and prepare checks for payment
-Create new vendors in accounts payable
-Resolve any discrepencies
-Preparing manual checks when required
-Reconcile month end account payanle againg to general ledger

Job Requirements
-Minimum of 3 years or recent accounts payable /recievable experience
-Analytical and problem solving
-Effective verbal and listening communication skills
-Attention to detail and high level of accuarcy
-Very effective organizational skills and written communication skills
-Vomputer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs and the MS Office Suite of Products and email at a highly proficient level
