Accounting Clerk

 This Accounting Clerk will perform a wide range of finance and accounting duties

 

  • Enter e-commerce transactions
  • Enter, track and manage client orders via SPS Commerce software, Amazon Vendor Central or other online ordering software
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Print and obtain signatures on all checks
  • Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies
  • Management of commission tracking and payments
  • Assist in monthly closings
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as required
  • Assist with the review of the Financial Statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to ensure accuracy
  • Creation and preparation of needed schedules for audits and reviews
  • Assist with ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
  • Data entry and filing
  • Assist staff with projects and tasks as required

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Accounting Software or QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Professional communication skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and goal oriented
  • Detail oriented and deadline sensitive
  • Ability to set priorities, plan and organize tasks
  • Find and use resources effectively
  • Team player
  • Punctual
