Adecco is assisting a local client in their search to fill an Accounting Clerk position in the Waterford area. This is a full time, 1st shift, temporary opportunity. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk include:

  • Reviewing accuracy of invoices
  • Processing vendor invoices
  • Running reports and classifying data as needed
  • Performing basic AP/AR functions
  • Answering phones, dispatching calls
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Other basic clerical duties as assigned




  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be flexible with hours and duration of assignment


This position will be 1st shift, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday and pays $15.00 per hour. This will be a 3 to 9 month assignment. This position is NOT busline accessible.
