Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 


Accounting Operations. What will the consultant be responsible for daily: The team member will be responsible for the data gathering as related to monetary instruments, reviewing for threshold and reporting requirements, and then reporting to the Anti Money Laundering team accordingly.

Communication: who will the consultant be working with internally and externally to perform the job: This task is being transitioned from the Tampa office, so training will take place via web ex. The supervisor will also be involved in the training. Once training is complete, the majority of the work will be performed independently. There will be some external interaction with one of our TPA’s, and the interaction is mainly via email.

Background skill set needed to perform the job (systems requirement/software): do they need specific industry or specialty knowledge? Someone with teller or banking experience will be able to identify monetary instruments easier. They need to be detailed oriented, able to perform research, able to gather data, etc.

 

Must Have:

1Cash and Suspense Reconciliation

2)General Ledger queries and entries

3) Working with monetary instruments
