Adecco is currently we are assisting one of our clients in Woodland Hills with a temporary Accounting specialist. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday 8am – 4:30pm.  If you feel you qualify please apply.

Primary job responsibilities:

As the Accounting specialist, you will be responsible for performing accounting and clerical functions handling Accounts Receivable duties in the accounting department, this is an entry level and there is no collection/customer services duties.

Job Duties

  • Format and prepare cash receipt files for daily settlement
  • Research and apply cash receipts
  • Match customers’ invoices/credit memos with cash receipts
  • Generate AR invoices for customer shipments
  • Process monthly Customer Advances
  • Reconcile customer accounts/ open invoices at month end
  • Other assigned duties as needed


  • Certificate in accounting or relevant work experience


  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office- particularly Excel
  • Proficient in data entry
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task
  • Have strong work ethics
