As an Accounting -Income Audit Clerk you will check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other associates. Experience with Property Management System (PMS) is required. The ideal candidate is productive, values confidentiality, is hardworking, and possesses good communication skills. Responsibilities for this Accounting-Income Audit Clerk position include:

Review the night audit function and properly adjust record transactions and assemble daily reports to support the day's activities.
Performs a review and verification of recorded revenues for the resort operations.
Proficiency with excel spreadsheets and an understanding of revenue recognition policies and procedures consistent with Uniform Systems of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (11th Edition)
Review and reconcile revenues and night audit data input from Micros and Visual One.
Prepare Month end journal entry for Income Journal
GL Account reconciliations
Reconcile credit card activity from a credit card software (Shift 4) report to the daily report
