Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant in Superior, WI. This is for a full time temporary opportunity, expected to be 3-4 months long. Responsibilities for this Accounting Assistant job include:

  • - Call out to vendors/customers on billing
  • - Collect payments as needed
  • - Update spreadsheets
  • - Data Entry (AP/AR)
  • - Update facility calendar
  • - Assist with large scale mailings
  • - Assisting accounting department
  • - Answering a multiline phone system
  • - Direct calls to appropriate parties
  • - Assist with the setup of group meetings
  • - Prepare and sort interoffice mail for courier
  • - Related office tasks as assigned, duties may be added as assignment progresses

  • Qualifications and Requirements:

  • - High School Diploma/GED Required
  • - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • - Relevant previous experience preferred
  • - Strong computer skills and experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • - Professional and courteous attitude
  • - Strong computer skills
  • - Good Work Ethic

  • Compensation is $12.50 per hour. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
