Adecco is currently assisting a large client in their search for an
Accounts Control Reporting Analyst

This person contributes to companies success by preparing ACF forms, prepping invoices, working with project managers and capitalizing assets. Additionally, they will also seek to identify areas for process improvement.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

Capital Management:
• Prepare Asset creation forms (ACF)
• Review vendor invoices
• Calculate balance left to capitalize in CWIP
• Work cross functionally with HQ and Field Project Managers to align on data for capitalization
• Capitalize Regular, Fleet and Other assets in Oracle Fixed Assets
• Perform Task to Task to match CWIP with Capitalization
• Perform Journal entries to reclass costs to correct account/location

Additional Support Tasks and Key Responsibilities:
• Identify areas of opportunity for automation and process improvement as it relates to asset capitalization
• Perform Ad hoc assignments for Sr. Supervisor, as needed

Basic Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting required and 2+ years of related experience
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Oracle, Essbase and Business Objects

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with ability to see bigger picture
• Ability to multi-Task
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Starting ASAP - 9+ month
Pay rate $35.00+/hr.

Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM
