Adecco is seeking a qualified individual to fill an Accounts Payable Administrator position located at the corporate headquarters for a tech company in Boise, Idaho. This valuable team member will be responsible for oversight of the accounts payable department.

 

The candidate will ensure that all financial obligations are accounted for, recorded correctly, and issued in a timely manner. The candidate will verify that purchase orders are properly coded into the system, the purchase order matches the corresponding invoice, and monitor the status and flow of all invoices. The candidate must be able to manage vendor relations and be comfortable processing a high-volume of invoices.

 

Responsibilities Provide financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving invoices, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Post invoices, credit memos and other charges in document management and accounting software. Process payments in a timely manner so as to take advantage of all terms offered by vendors. Process check requests, expense reports, dealer payables, PO, and non-PO invoices. Complete bi-weekly check runs. Prepare and process wire transfers and ACH payments. Monitor vendor statements to ensure payments are up to date. Process credit card statements monthly. Communicate with vendors and other dealers to resolve invoice discrepancies. Complete general ledger coding of detailed invoices. Provide Support and Assist in month end closing procedures. Manage annual 1099 requirements.

 

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Associates or Bachelor's Degree

1 to 3+ years accounts payable experience preferred.

Highly organized self-starter with excellent work ethic.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced team atmosphere.

Must have excellent communication skills, ability to deal with a variety of situations in a tactful, mature, and cooperative manner.

Experience with Microsoft Office Software including Excel.
