  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
  • Length: 5+ months
  • Pay: $25.00/ HR
  • Shift/Hours: 8A – 5P

    Responsibilities for this Accounts Payables Clerk job include, but are not limited to:

  • Inducting and processing invoices
  • Reviewing vendor accounts
  • Responding to business user and vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile daily payments -Reconcile payment exception report.
  • Experience in Accounts Payables
  • Critical thinking skills (able to resolve complex issues)
  • Experience in reconciliations.
  • Skills MacOS iOS

    Qualifications for this Accounts Payables Clerk job:

  • Nice to have: -Bilingual (Spanish).
  • 5 - 10 years of experience.
  • Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
