Adecco is urgently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist a globally known client . This position is a contract opening located in Princeton, NJ.

Responsibilities:
-Timely and accurate creation, recording, & distribution of invoices using manual and/or automated systems to our external and/or internal customer.
-Maintain and review of invoicing reports and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
-Creation and maintaining changes to the customer’s account, such as, contact name, shipping, and mailing addresses, points of contact.
-Respond to information requests from internal and external customers.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Ability to plan and organize effectively and meet deadlines.
-Detail orientated and accurate.

Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:
-Must have an Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business degree. May be substituted by extensive knowledge of accounts payable and a thorough understanding of basic accounting principles.

Work Experience:
-Minimum two-years accounts payable related experience is necessary.
-Previous work experience in accounts payable required.
-Must have experience in large ERP accounting system such as PeopleSoft / Oracle.

3 month contract
Payrate: $18/hour
