Adecco is partenering with a local company in Columbia to fill an Accounts Payable position. This is a temporary position and requires that the candidate have experience with SAP.

Under the direction of the Contoller, the Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting the accounts payable activities across the A/P department.
Responsibilities:
• Match invoices with receiving documents and enter into the system as required by company procedures
• Code expense invoices
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals
• Maintain historical records thoroughly and accurately per company guidelines
• Process returns
• Communicate with other departments and vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues
• Provide assistance to the chargeback team
• Other duties, as required, to assist the financial department

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• Associates Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in related field
• SAP experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
