As an Accounts Pay Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and processing invoices accurately and on time, entering weekly time cards, and various other tasks. Responsibilities for this Accounts Pay Clerk include:

 

  • Matches invoice, purchase order and receipt, resolves discrepancies with business partners and/or vendors
  • Verifies invoice information to company and government requirements
  • Data entry or uploads execution of invoices
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Manually entering time cards through QuickBooks
  • Accepts telephone inquiries from vendors
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Must have minimum of 2 years of AP experience
  • Must have experience in QuickBooks
  • Experience with tax processors a plus
