Responsibilities for this Accounts Payable Support Administrator job include:

- Prepare and maintain accounting records to document processed transactions
- Enter, file and post entries
- Prepare, compile and sort invoices and vouchers
- Prepare/reconcile receipts, prepare cash deposits and reconcile bank statements
- General administrative and clerical work as necessary


- One year of accounting support experience
- High School or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting a plus
- Understanding of journal/ledger entries, and reconciling accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills required

Full Time Hours- Monday through Friday
Starting pay rate is $14.00- $16.00 per hour
