Adecco Staffing is assisting a Shared Service Center with filling an Accounts Receivable & Credit Specialist opening in Ankeny, IA to work 10:30 A.M- 7 P.M. We're looking for enthusiastic  problem solvers to assist our client's customer. If you're interested and meet the qualification, please apply for consideration.


  • Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about invoicing, customer statements, receive orders, or cancel accounts. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. 
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. 
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. 
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.


  • At least 2-3 years of professional customer service experience in a call center/office 
  • High school diploma/College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, & Outlook

Pay is based on experience.
