Location: Clairsville, OH
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $14.42/hr
Duration: Temp to Hire


RFMS data entry on client accounts.
QuickBooks invoicing and other manual paper invoices processed monthly
Dealing with client accounts regarding social security
Send requests in to get cash out
-200-400 transactions a day
Deadline is noon every day
Working with the RFMS in the morning with a team of 3
In the afternoon they are processing paper invoices with a team of 4


Strong data entry skills
Accounts Receivable experience
MS Office, Word and Excel
QuickBooks experience
HS Diploma required, Associates preferred
