Accounts Receivable Help Desk Coordinator

Adecco Staffing is assisting a local client in their search for an Accounts Receivable Help Desk Coordinator. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right individual.

Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Help Desk Coordinator supports the collection efforts within the Order to Cash Department, as well as responding to external and internal customer requests in a timely manner. This position reports directly to the Support Services Manager and must have a keen attention to detail, paired with Outlook and Salesforce.com experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails through dedicated accounts receivable hotlines and inboxes
  • Respond to all customer requests appropriately within designated SLAs
  • Work closely with Order to Cash Department team members in the resolution of more complex customer inquiries
  • Assist in special projects and other collection related tasks as identified by management.
  • Meet and exceed key performance requirements through recorded phone calls and monthly reviews of customer interactions

Professional Experience

  • 2-year or 4-year degree or equivalent business experience
  • 1-year customer service experience required, preferably in a collections/ call center setting

Skills/Competencies

  • Professional telephone, email, and verbal etiquette
  • Strong knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge (strongly desired)
  • AS400, POS, and BillTrust experience (strongly desired-not required)
  • Ability to manage multiple inbound and outbound communications in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail, including follow up efforts and identifying customers¿ needs
  • Strong sense of urgency while maintaining positive customer relations
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision with creative problem-solving techniques
