WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Billing, coordination, and administration of customer accounts, including utilization of EDI software
Customer account management, including researching and resolving customer inquiries with a high-level of customer service
Perform accounts receivable reconciliations as needed
Work with data management department to invoice renewals and monitor proper billing and service plan based on active hardware, services utilized and contracts specifications
Manage the invoicing cycle to meet or exceed month end deadlines
Provide recommendations to improve quality of invoicing, reporting and collection procedures
Provide reporting, contract compliance and sales analysis on customer accounts
Maintain the company’s accounting files as needed
Prepare cash deposit and process credit card payments
Additional responsibilities as needed
Skills Required:
AA in accounting, finance, business administration or other related field required
Accounting experience required
2-5 years’ Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with reporting, contract compliance and sales analysis of accounts
Ability to work cross-functionally to invoice renewals with accuracy and timeliness
Familiarity with industry-standard accounting software, such as NAV is preferred
Working knowledge of database and spreadsheet software, such as MySQL and Excel
Expert-level experience using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer inquires
A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
Ability to multi-task and prioritize for increased productivity

40 hours per week
