Account Receivable Clerk – Accounts Payable

 

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk in Irvine, CA. This is a long term temporary role going thru August of 2019.   The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with daily and monthly departments need, including end of month closing. Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk include but are not limited to the following:

 

o             Process customer payments in ERP System

o             Assist customers with invoicing and payment inquiries   

o             Reconcile A/R aging report to the general ledger

o             Research customer activity in the ERP System, to include cash receipts, adjustments, GL account coding and posting of cash receipts

o             Contact customers regarding overdue accounts/ collections

o             MUST have Customer Chargeback experience

 

Candidates must meet the following Accounting Clerk requirements for consideration:

o             Bachelor Degree preferred

o             2-3 years of experience working with accounts receivable preferred

o             Demonstrate efficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word; SAP is a huge plus

o             Detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

 

Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM

Pay for this position is $20/HR plus overtime as needed. This is a long term temporary opportunity.
