Responsibilities for this Ad Coordinator job include:

- Entering ads in a customized computer system
- Routing ads to the appropriate departments for proofing and review
- Signing, verifying and notarizing legal proofs
- Basic customer service, phones, emails, faxes

Hourly pay rate is $18-$19/hr
This is a temporary to permanent position

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate or GED, college experience preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advertising or Media related experience
