  • Greets and directs new hires on their first day
  • Pick 150+ UPH
  • Interacts daily with associates to motivate, coach and counsel - increase productivity
  • Serves as initial point of associate escalations
  • 100% associate and floor supervision
  • Supervise daily production and workflow of associates
  • Partner with Fashion Nova; HR, compliance, safety, etc.
  • Monitor workforce demand
  • Supervise daily production and activity of associates including flexing associates from one department to another as needed
  • Lead start-up huddle meetings and outline plan of action for the day
  • Monitor associates for adherence to Fashion Nova/Adecco policies and procedures
  • Coach/on-the-job training of associates
  • Provide headcount and roster information to floor supervisor at the start of shift and throughout the day
  • Verbally coach absent/tardy/unproductive employees. If escalation to floor supervisor is required, they will help facilitate
  • Assist floor supervisor with projects as needed
  • Maintain relationships with area Fashion Nova managers, coordinators, safety and security employees
  • Assist floor supervisor with any safety and security situations, and assist with reporting
  • First responder, unsafe behavior, workplace violence, theft, etc
