The On-Site Supervisor/Client Delivery Manager is responsible for managing an on-site contingent employee staffing program for a single large manufacturing client in Marysville/East Liberty Ohio. Provides general management to typically 400+ contingent employees. Acts as the main liaison to clients to define and develop innovative solutions to meet hiring needs, address standard to moderately complex client requests and achieve strategic objectives. Ensures orders are fulfilled according to client requirements. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, client industry, and roles.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 > This position is 2nd shift, therefore, must be able to work 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm

 > Provides general management of temporary employee, including resolving employee relations issues.

 > May supervise, train, mentor, and coach additional onsite colleagues.

 > Establishes and/or manages onsite contingent employee programs.

 > Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.

 > Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.

 > Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.

 > Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with client requirements.

 > Enters and tracks assignment and/or candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

 > Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.

 > Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders.

 > Deploys, coaches, develops and redeploys contingent employees.

 > Responds to and addresses candidate, contingent employee and/or client inquiries or escalations.

 > May participates in Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs).

 > Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met, including conducting injury investigations.

 > Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three (3) years of management a contingent workforce or a high number of employees is desired. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

 > Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.

 > Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.

 > Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.

 > Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
