Below is the job description for the CSR position Adecco is hosting this Open House for: 

 

Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay-Rate: $14-16.00/Hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 10:30 AM-7:00 PM;
                  Some Saturdays: 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM

Duration of Assignment: 10/10/17- 01/31/18

Job Description:

  • Placing a high volume of outbound calls to prescheduled customers  for their in home visits with a Clinician via an auto dialer system. 
  • Answering inbound calls form our valued members and assisting them with their inquiries
  • Enhancing customers experience 
  • Ensuring customer demographics information and obtaining additional member data via specific plan scripting
  • Data entry of the member's record w/accurate information obtained on the call
  • Ensuring that the appointments are scheduled accurately following department policies and procedures
  • Resolving any scheduling issues and concerns
  • Routing calls to the appropriate department as needed
  • Ability to collaborate w/in the team environment
  • Support any call queues as business needs arise



Must have qualifications/experience: 

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Available to work Monday-Friday up to 7:00 PM; including some Saturdays
  • 1-year of call center experience and/or sales experience or at least 1 year of experience working in a high call volume call center environment
  • Must be able to create, copy, edit, send, and save through multiple applications including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must be able to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens
  • Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills in English & Spanish
  • Experience working in a metric driven environment
  • Experience working in a focused customer retention role
  • Experience using an auto dialer system
  • Experience working in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience working w/Medicare or Medicaid
