Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details

Position Overview:
The Sales Account Administrators would work with the direct sales team to determine non-selling activities and work to resolve the non-selling activities for the sales team. Taking internal process work off the sales team will free them up to be customer centric.
Position Duties:
1. Contract Modification Request (CMR) which would include, cancellations/credits, name changes, entity moves and follow the requests in the tracking system through until completion.
2. Provide assistance with collection efforts while working with the sales team, assisting the credit professionals, resolving invoice questions.
3. Work with marketing communication on setting up Webinars, mailings and documentation in Salesforce. Calling customers to ensure they have received invitations to local events. Become proficient in, documenting activities and follow up conversations.

Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma, minimum of 2 years work experience. Microsoft products proficient. Team Player
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree, minimum of 3 years work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. CRM proficient (preferably, problem solving skills
Soft Skills: Good communication skills, team player, adaptability to manage change.

Core Hours: 8:00Am – 5:00PM, would prefer hours aligned with assigned region
