Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

Reviewing and processing applications /keying in information in the computer.

Data Entry must be quick and accurate, this is a fast-paced office.

Filing pending mail and criminal background checks to the appropriate licensure file

Answering incoming telephone calls

Process address and name changes, letters of verification and retirement application

Must have steady work history.




High School or Equivalent diploma

Minimum of 1 yr. Clerical experience with steady work history

Must be very proficient with computer and multi-line call
