Adecco is assisting a local client who is seeking a dedicated, bright and highly motivated team player to provide administrative support and offer excellent customer service. The administrative assistant will be responsible for a variety of functions and procedures including the coordination of schedules and a lot of interaction with clients over the phone and in person in a fast paced, ever changing office environment. This position will last 60 days and will be full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

- Track key documents
- Answer phones, greet walk ins
- Maintain professional communication and timely follow up .
- Meeting coordination

- Strong interpersonal skills

Desired Education / Experience: - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience - Bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferable.
