Admin Assistant - General Clerk – Charlotte, NC

3 Months

Monday – Friday

$10.95 / hr.

 

Specific Duties

  • Temporary resources will assist client associates with identifying and storing documentation that is necessary to establish and document the services the client performs on behalf of retirement plans

  • Temporary resources will work with multiple MetLife systems to both access and store applicable documentation

Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ideal resource is someone who can quickly learn and adapt to different client systems, can multitask, and can function with extreme attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Documentation in question is of a legal nature

  • Prior experience and familiarity with defined contribution plans, services agreements and annuity products is a plus

  • Expected to work full time schedule

  • Responsible for, processing documents, reviewing claims, working loss drafts queues, etc., while following proper procedures
