Adecco is currently we are assisting one of our clients in the Glendale area an Administrative Assistant position. This position is a temporary position; Monday – Friday 7am -4pm.  If you feel you qualify please apply.

 

Responsibilities

Maintain client database

Research information regarding client

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

Assist in resolving client problems

Answer incoming calls

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and/or emails

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments

Support manager as needed, including ordering lunch

 

Qualification:

High school degree

2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Outlook a must

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
Good research skills and attention to detail

Must be a fast learner, able to learn computer software system quickly
