Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

  1. Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate department
    2. Answer general questions from customers
    3. Scan documents into database
    4. Data entry

    Must have qualifications/experience:
    1. Good telephone skills
    2. Good keyboard skills
    3. Attention to detail

    Shift Start/End Time: 9:00 to 5:30 30 min. lunch

    Dress Code: Business Casual
