Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant job include:

Receiving visitors and phone calls

Data entry and report creation

Payroll processing

Scanning, filing, responding to customer emails

 

Requirements: Basic Qualifications

Maintain established receiving procedures

Data entry

High attention to details

Enter Information into Excel, SAP

Must have excellent written and verbal communication

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

 

 

Pay for this position is $14.00 per hour.
