This person would be the receptionist and administrative assistant for the Corona office. This person would greet guests, answer phones, check/distribute mail and faxes, file paperwork in file cabinets, schedule appointments, do meeting preparation which includes making copies, collating files, ordering food and setting up.

Software skills- Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
Hours- 8 to 5 M to F


Pay: $17.14/hr

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. 3 years prior Administrative Assistant Experience
2. Prior Healthcare setting experience
