Admin Assistant - Intermediate


Adecco is assisting a global Healthcare Provider with an Administrative Assistant in Iselin, NJ .

Location: Iselin, NJ
Duration: 2 months
Schedule: 9 am - 4pm

Pay Rate: $20 / hour

Quality Operations combines talented individuals from many areas of quality, including HEDIS, CAHPS and Accreditation. Our goal is extraordinary performance that exceeds the expectations of the constituents, customers and members we serve. In this position, you will work with the Quality Operations staff to assist with the 2018 medical chart review retrieval and coordination for medical record documentation audits..

The candidate must be technically savvy and must be able to work without distraction. This is a high production environment.

Specific Duties:
1.Acts as contract employee working a required 40 hours weekly from January –
2 Performs duties as assigned by UHC Clinical Quality Manager for medical record retrieval ensuring all chart components are included for record chart audits.
3. Demonstrates effective professional verbal and written communication skills in a virtual environment and across time zones
4. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word and similar applications
5. Manages various data organized within Excel spreadsheets
6. Possesses ability to separate and combine PDF medical records in Adobe Acrobat
7. Duties include copying, scanning, data entry in excel spreadsheets.

2.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word
3.Able to accept direction, duties and changing priorities as assigned

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of secretarial support duties in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department. The position works under the specific instruction and direction of one or more higher level staff and may provide administrative support to an individual office. Incumbents are regularly responsible for dealing professionally with confidential information while performing several aspects of assigned work. Specific tasks may be answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation and otherwise relieving those supported of minor administrative tasks and business deals. Works under general supervision.
