Summary:
Basic Function

First Level Review Coordinator supports the First Level Review Team and the associated workflow. FLRC’s ensure timely receipt, handling and coordination of all inbound workflow items. The FLRC aids the FLR Manager and the FLR Clinicians by taking on various administrative duties that do not require handling by a clinician which includes, but is not limited to, FLR Inbox Management, inbound/outbound phone calls, data entry, queue management and team scheduling.

Shift Start/End Time: Hiring Part time and Full Time, M-F and Weekends. Shifts may vary based on business need. Coverage span from 7am-8pm
