Admin Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting  temp Administrative Assistant role  in Long Island City, NY! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities:

-General administrative duties, including supporting 6 senior management members of family-owned commercial real estate management company, as needed

- Answering phones/taking accurate and complete messages and/or transferring calls.

- Creating and maintaining office files

- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering necessary supplies.

-Maintain calendars of the staff

- Assisting office personnel with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, preparing mailings, scheduling service appointments, scheduling access to tenant spaces

Qualifications:

-Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

-Competency with various software packages (Microsoft Office and Outlook)

-Highly organized

-Consistently demonstrated good judgement, decision making capability, problem solving skills and attention to detail

-Ability to strategically manage evolving priorities and work in fast paced environment

-At least two years prior experience working as an administrative assistant with similar job responsibilities to those described above
