SUMMARY:
Perform a wide variety of administrative support duties in a timely and efficient manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department.

Assist with coordinating annual HEDIS medical record collection
Contacting provider offices to request medical charts in support of HEDIS & QARR reporting processes
Documenting all requests in appropriate systems and working with management to overcome any barriers to retrieving medical charts
Maintaining applicable retrieval, completion and accuracy standards
Assist with the management of the HEDIS project to include assignment of nurses, adherence to plan timeline, timeliness and quality
Handling of confidential information in a professional manner while performing several aspects of assigned work in addition to:

answering telephones, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations as well as relieving those supported of minor administrative tasks and business deals with limited supervision.

Process requests for data by adding and correcting entries into a specific database or computer application.
Keeping track of received data and source documents. Compiling, sorting, interpreting and verifying data to be entered.
Contacting preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data in a courteous and professional manner.
Review error reports and enter corrections into computer. File and route source documents after entry as appropriate.
Respond to inquiries regarding entered data.



This is a 5+ month contract opportunity with possibilities for extension and full-time conversion.
