Specific Duties:
1. Agendas and Meeting Notes for all Departmental Meetings
2. Agenda/Minute Completion & Distribution/Scheduling of NP Meetings
3. Arrange guest speakers for NP Meetings
4. Audit Drop Offs
5. On boarding of new staff-Badge Ordering, equipment ordering, set up, etc…
6. Call Log Reports
7. Department Director Travel Coordination
8. Clinic Coverage
9. Coordinating Cross-Functional Meetings w/Department Leads for New Hires
10. Do Not Call List Management
11. Expense Reports and travel for Medical Directors
12. Food Ordering for Meetings
13. Mailing of FOBT Kits based on call center request
14. Mailing of Lab Reqs for appointments scheduled by call center
15. Mailing for PSU Department
16. NP Equipment Ordering (onboarding)
17. NP Mileage
18. NP PTO
19. NP Travel for Cross-Market Coverage
20. Onboarding New Employees with FL PSU Department
21. Ordering, Tracking, and Mailing of Incentives
22. Posting Daily Status Updates on Sharepoint
23. Receipt and Delivery of Packages received at the reception desk
24. Scheduling Interviews
25. SDO Management
26. Submit Facilities Requests
27. Supply Ordering for PSU Leadership
28. Trucare Research for SNF Patients
29. Updating Departmental Directory Monthly & w/New Hires
30. Vendor Management Meetings Agenda/Minutes/Distribution
31. Other duties as assigned



Must have qualifications/experience:
 Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills
 High school graduate or GED required.
 Two years of healthcare related experience including data entry in a medical office
 2 years or more experience working with Microsoft Office - Excel, word, etc.
 Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology.
 Ability to accurately sort and file materials by alphabetic or numeric systems
 Effective communication and customer service skills required.
 Ability to travel frequently within assigned market.
 Be flexible and adaptable to change.
 Current Driver's License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to provider offices.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
 Associates Degree in healthcare with medical office experience
 ICD 9/10 and CPT coding experience preferred.
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
 1 year of Managed Care Experience preferred.
