6+ month assignment

Pay rate $25/hour


Job Summary:

  • Must possess excellent calendar management skills through Outlook.
  • Required computer skills include MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Must possess excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • College degree is preferred along with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience preferably within a logistics or administration environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • HR Compliance/Record Management:
    • Assist with onboarding process for all new hires including processing background checks, managing new hire paperwork, and creating employee files.
    • Create and update organizational charts for client groups, as needed.
  • HR Programs
    • Assist team with preparations of various employee engagement events and programs throughout the year.
  • Administrative Support
    • Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.)

Skills Desired/Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Management, or related area preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience & HRIS systems required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
