Customer Service Administrative Support Team ¿ Customer Service Representative


The Administrative Support Team partners with the Customer Service Leadership to provide reporting, analysis and order entry support for third party vendors as well as assist with new customer onboarding.

Essential Responsibilities

¿ Create and update onboarding packages for Customer Service.
¿ Set-up Customer Profiles
¿ Maintain accurate account records
¿ Review reports for missing data
¿ Review websites/portals and create training materials as requested.
¿ Order entry and support for third party vendors.
¿ Partner with IT for catalog creation and maintenance.
¿ Work closely with sales to support order management.


¿ Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills (through reporting, analyzing data, etc.)
¿ Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and Access
¿ Must be dependable
¿ Have strong attention to detail & work with a high degree of accuracy.
¿ Demonstrate a positive attitude, have strong telephone & interpersonal skills.
¿ Possess strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills; be able to multi-task.
¿ Have a team-oriented work ethic; be flexible to the changing needs of the team.
¿ Be a self-starter, and be motivated to go above and beyond for each customer.
¿ Take ownership for accounts.
¿ Be a quick study with an eagerness to learn new tools and new processes.
