Provide administrative/sales support.  General duties include but are not limited to clerical, computing, data entry and sales/sales management support. This individual must have good attention to detail and have the ability to multi task in fast paced environment.



  • Work closely with the Technical Support Team (TAC) in the scheduling of calibrations for their gold support customers.
  • Work closely with SSO group in preparing UPS labels for loaner equipment as well as update necessary systems.
  • Draft documents and/or e-mail communications with customer and TAC as to the status of their scheduled calibrations/repairs/loaners requests.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system for essential documents.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work as required and time permits.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.


Knowledge, Skills, And Qualifications Required Essential Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and/ or related experience.
  • MS Office applications
