Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

This position primarily works to implement company related projects and actions to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements.

• Assist in implementation and sustainment of 5S efforts throughout the plant
• Work to implement changes and actions as assigned by the Manager
• Develop and implement solutions for simple problems with little supervision
• Install labels, signage, etc. as applicable to properly communicate hazards
• Perform audits and spot checks to ensure implemented programs are being maintained
• Perform computer work as needed to document program updates, changes, etc.

• Proficient in use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Must be able to balance multiple projects at once as well as follow a standard work process
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to oversee projects and complete on schedule
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship

• Safety experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work well with other in a team environment with multiple projects going at one time.
