Administration Assistant

The Adecco Branch Office in Raleigh is looking for an enthusiastic and personable administration assistant to join a growing team in Raleigh! We are looking for someone with clerical and administrative experience who can learn quickly and is computer savvy.

Location: Raleigh, 27616
Days & Time: Monday to Friday, 7am – 3.30pm (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience
Start Date:          ASAP

Duration:             This position is a long term temporary assignment with Adecco,  with a view to transfer to a permanent contract

Qualifications:

 

  • Some administrative experience
  • Good computer literacy
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Attention to Detail
  • Good Multitasking Skills
  • Organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to learn and operate new computer systems quickly

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating work orders and customer appointments for utilities equipment to be installed or moved
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Support invoice processing
  • Keeping all work orders in order and organized
  • Ensuring correct processing of work orders
  • Support construction team with completing forms correctly
  • Using various computer systems and Microsoft software to create reports and enter data
