Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:

  • Process invoices for payment using company’s accounting software
  • Process the mail
  • File and handle other administrative tasks
  • Audit expense reports
  • Strong excel background



  • Microsoft Office programs – especially Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in accounting functions
  • Strong administrative skills



Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
