Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented administrative and shipping clerk in Robards, KY. This is for a temporary to hire opportunity. As an administrative and shipping clerk, you will be responsible for managing information by entering and verifying alphanumeric data. The ideal candidate is computer literate, able to focus for long periods of time, works well under pressure and performs job duties at a very quick pace. Responsibilities for this Data Entry Clerk job include:


- Enters and verifies alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database

- Would be the backup for the shipping/receiving clerk

- Can resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager

- Dealing with Microsoft Office daily including Microsoft Excel and Word

- May coordinate the workflow of other operators




-High school education or equivalence

- One to three years of experience

- Highly experienced in Microsoft Office and fast paced data entry

- Preferred experience in the production/factory/manufacturing field but not mandatory
