Adecco is looking for an Administrative Assistance/Executive staff person that is fluent in Microsoft products, specifically word, excel, and outlook.
You will need to have excellent people, phone and office skills.
You will need to be able to learn quickly, prioritize assignments, not be afraid to speak up when needed.
You will need to be a self-starter and driven.
There are specific programs that you will be trained on.
You will need to have a good knowledge of computers and be able to type (very well).
It would be a plus to be familiar with social media (facebook, twitter and Instagram)
It would be a plus to be familiar with the concept of a CRM (client relationship management database).
