About Job: This is and Admin/ Office Support role that will have the following duties: keeping track of files, filing, ordering supplies when needed, handling any office issues (phones not working calls IT) answer phones. They also have document service they provide which creates reports and processes applications. This person would help put those documents together and get ready for either pick up or delivery (trainable).

Desired Background: Looking for someone with a few years’ experience working in a small office providing admin support. Want a team player since it is a small team as they all help each other out. Someone friendly and nice as the team is humorous and fit is super important when working in a small team/close proximity.
