POSITION: Administrative Assistant I


PAY: $16.50 /hr

DURATION: 12 months

HOURS: First Shift (Part time, 20-30 hrs/wk)


Part time:20 - 30 hours per week.


Support Production Operations by creating, reviewing, and distributing a range of documentation that is utilized to measure the current and projected state of plant operations. The OPEX Analyst will be responsible for supporting the various off-shoots that encompass Operations such as; Plant Manager, Continuous Improvement, Production Manager, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Planning and Inventory Manager.


Essential Functions:

  • Creates and maintains Excel files used at the Operational and Divisional level
  • Responsible for logging and maintaining accurate calculations of machine downtime
  • Responsible for publishing OPEX charts that include plant level vitals
  • Responsible for publishing Operations Spending report
  • Plans and coordinates meetings for the Operations Team
  • Responsible for logging completed safety actions executed by the work force
  • Responsible for obtaining and contributing information that is used to measure Divisional plant vitals
  • Responsible for providing the work force with the daily machine work list
  • Responsible for providing data analysis for Customer Service Building
  • Follows all environmental health and safety procedures and practices to assure a safe work environment. Supports and reinforces the safety environment by leading through example
  • Produces and delivers finished projects that are based on conceptualized ideas
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or currently working toward a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the use of problem solving tools
