Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Administrative Assistant role in Euclid, OH!  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Contract Length: 3+ months 

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Hours: 7:30a to 5:00p (9 hours per day.  OT applicable!)

 

Description:

  • 3-5 years Experience in role.
  • Serve as liaison 
  • Understand the reason for the time, need and priority for the Plant Manager’s time 
  • Maintain, update and prepare reports of key departmental metrics e.g. balanced scorecard 
  • Plan future actions required to ensure timely completion of deadlines. Continuous monitoring of deadlines is also a must. 
  • Ensure actions are taking place in a timely manner-hold parties accountable by maintaining action plans 
  • Manage physical resources (inventory/order supplies, phones, relocations, etc.) and efficient use of purchasing card for procurement of supplies, subscriptions, dues and training. 
  • Perform daily interpersonal communications through phone calls, direct visitors, status updates for department. 
  • Arrange meetings and maintain meeting minutes and any relevant records 
  • Put in the agenda, obtain advance copies of the material, set the room to start on time with all the participants, maintain a list of open issues of that specific meeting, make the summary of the meeting with actions time and responsibility, publish it in 24 hours from the meeting 
  • Maintain action plan, list of open issues with due dates and person responsible 
  • Accompany Plant Manager in meetings 
  • Retain all the materials in specific files for each kind of meeting. 
  • Maintain meeting minutes for select meetings upon request 
  • Conduct research (gather information for reports/managers, etc.). 
  • Create documents using various software word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, and web based software. 
  • Prepare workshops on specific topics during the year ( once at quarter at least ) 
  • Develop and maintain specific scorecards for the Plant 
  • Take initiatives to proactively manage office, staff, meetings, schedule, events and follow up activities.
