Administrative Assistant

Day Shift M-F

Pay Rate: DOE, willing to negotiate! 


Office/Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Strong ERP background/SAP Business One (preferred)
  • Strong computer skills
  • 5+ years office experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Experience with ISP-9001:2015 a plus
  • Manufacturing background preferred
  • Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Working closely with plastic engineers
  • Taking/making phone calls
  • Preparing quotations, emailing to customers, and follow up to check status if order has not been placed
  • Receiving orders and confirming receipts
  • Preparing work orders for the shop floor
  • Submitting purchase orders to outside vendors
  • Developing monthly reports
  • Order office supplies
  • Covering front desk as necessary
